Hello! My name is Charity Mitchell. I am excited to be joining the Ascent Academy team! I received my bachelors in Behavioral Science from Utah Valley University and my masters in Special Education (Applied Behavior Analysis) from Arizona State University (Go Sun Devils!). Also, I am in the process of obtaining my BCBA license. For over nine years I have worked closely with pre-k students on the autism spectrum. I have loved learning from all the students that I have come in contact with. Working with these students has become my passion.

I was born and raised in the beautiful state of Utah. In my free time I love to spend time with my husband and our cat Storm. Lastly, I love going to the gym, hiking and staying active. I am looking forward to this upcoming school year!
