My name is Kaua Sproat. I'm originally from the Big Island of Hawaii. I spent my whole life there until I moved to Utah for college in 2012. After a year at BYU I spent two years in Japan as a full time volunteer for my church where I came to form a hardy respect and love for the people there. Upon returning in late 2015, I came back to school and graduated just recently with a B.S. in Psychology and a minor in Japanese. My hope is to eventually apply to study at a graduate level, specifically in the field of school psychology. As such I am looking forward to working in a special education environment and learning with the students there. I have several hobbies. Most notably among these is music. I've been in a band called the Solarists where I play the guitar and sing for a number of years now and it's been a fun time. I also enjoy cooking, hiking, and most recently fixing up old motorcycles.
