I have been involved with charter schools since the beginning of my counseling career 9 years ago, and I enjoy the community that comes with it. I have taught English classes at the college level, as well as Language Arts, journalism, and humanities to JH/HS students, and social emotional learning classes to K-9. I am a professional writer and editor, and in 2013, I traveled to Ireland to study creative writing under some of Europe’s most talented writers. In 2016, I graduated with my masters in Educational Psychology, and am currently working on my PhD in psychophysiology.
